When ordering singles, we offer 3 tiers of shipping to best fit your order type:

- Ships in a rigid envelope with card protection.
- No tracking provided.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

- For singles between $20–$74.99.
- Includes USPS tracking and protective packaging.
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.

When ordering packs/slabs/boxes, we offer 2 tiers of shipping to best fit your order type:

- For packs, slabs & boxes between $0.00-$199.99.
- Rate is calculated in real-time based on your location and order weight.
- Includes UPS tracking and protective packaging.
- Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days.
- For packs, slabs & boxes between $0.00-$199.99.

International Shipping
We are currently not shipping internationally, hopefully in the near future this will become an option.
3. Packaging & Protection
We take card protection seriously:
- Every card ships in a penny sleeve.
- Higher-value singles ship in top loaders or semi-rigids.
- Orders under $6 ship in rigid mailers for added safety.
- Larger orders include protective packaging and box reinforcements.
4. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

- Email us at shipping@xd3rcollectibles.com within 2 days of the expected delivery date.
- Include your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages
- Carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before arrival. Please allow 2 business days before reporting a missing package.
- If the carrier confirms loss during transit, we will issue a replacement or refund.
- XD3R Collectibles is not liable for packages lost or stolen after the delivery scan. We recommend selecting Protected/Insured Shipping at checkout for full coverage and signature confirmation.
