  • Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • If there are unexpected delays (e.g., weather events, carrier issues, or restocks), we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Options

Domestic (United States)

When ordering singles, we offer 3 tiers of shipping to best fit your order type:

  • Economy Shipping (USPS) – $1.99
    • For singles between $0.00-$19.99.
    • Ships in a rigid envelope with card protection.
    • No tracking provided.
    • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
  • Standard Shipping (USPS) – $3.99
    • For singles between $20–$74.99.
    • Includes USPS tracking and protective packaging.
    • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.
  • Standard Shipping (USPS) – FREE
    • For singles $75+
    • Includes USPS tracking and protective packaging.
    • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.

When ordering packs/slabs/boxes, we offer 2 tiers of shipping to best fit your order type:

  • Secure Shipping (UPS Ground) – Calculated at Checkout
    • For packs, slabs & boxes between $0.00-$199.99.
    • Rate is calculated in real-time based on your location and order weight.
    • Includes UPS tracking and protective packaging.
    • Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days.
  • Secure Shipping w/ Signature (UPS Ground) – FREE
    • For packs, slabs & boxes $200+.
    • Includes UPS tracking, protective packaging and signature.
    • Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days.

International Shipping

We are currently not shipping internationally, hopefully in the near future this will become an option.

3. Packaging & Protection

We take card protection seriously:

  • Every card ships in a penny sleeve.
  • Higher-value singles ship in top loaders or semi-rigids.
  • Orders under $6 ship in rigid mailers for added safety.
  • Larger orders include protective packaging and box reinforcements.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact Us Promptly 
    • Email us at shipping@xd3rcollectibles.com within 2 days of the expected delivery date.
    • Include your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages
    • Carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before arrival. Please allow 2 business days before reporting a missing package.
    • If the carrier confirms loss during transit, we will issue a replacement or refund.
    • XD3R Collectibles is not liable for packages lost or stolen after the delivery scan. We recommend selecting Protected/Insured Shipping at checkout for full coverage and signature confirmation.
  • Damaged Items
    • Please provide photos of the damage (item + packaging).
    • We will arrange for a replacement (if available) or a refund.
