Thank you for choosing to shop with XD3R Collectibles. We are dedicated to offering premium trading cards and collectibles to all our customers. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, please take a moment to carefully review our return and refund guidelines before completing your purchase.
1. Overview of Our Return Policy
We know purchasing trading cards online is not quite the same as buying in person. Due to the collectible nature and unique condition of each item, all sales are generally final. Returns and refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please read the details below to understand our policy fully.
2. Items Received Damaged
If your order arrives with damage, we’re here to help by offering either a full refund or an exchange, depending on availability and your preference. Please follow these steps for a smooth claims process:
Step 1: Inspect Your Delivery Immediately
Once your package arrives, examine it and the contents right away. If you spot any damage, take clear photos showing the item and the packaging. These images are essential to support your claim.
Step 2: Contact Our Support Team
Reach out to us within 2 calendar days of receiving your order at help@xd3rcollectibles.com. Be sure to include your order number, detailed description of the damage, and the photos. The photos should also feature a handwritten note with your full name and the original purchase date.
Step 3: Claim Review and Resolution
We will review your submission and, if approved, provide a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, subject to stock availability. Please note, in some cases we may ask that the damaged item be returned before completing the refund or exchange.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Eligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items not damaged upon delivery.
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless specifically stated otherwise).
- Return requests made after the 2-day damage reporting window.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
If an order is delivered to a wrong address due to a mistake made during checkout, XD3R Collectibles cannot be held responsible for refunds.
If the package is undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address or refusal to sign, a refund will only be issued once the item is returned to us unopened and undamaged. Should the package be lost or damaged during return shipping, we will be unable to provide a refund.
Once we receive the returned item, a 7% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers payment processing, packaging, and restocking expenses.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Delivery of Packages
If you believe your package was lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us at help@xd3rcollectibles.com.
- Sometimes carriers (USPS/UPS) scan packages as delivered before actual delivery occurs. We advise waiting two business days after the delivery status updates before raising a claim.
- If your order is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, we will file a lost or stolen claim with the carrier on your behalf. However, if the carrier denies the claim, XD3R Collectibles cannot issue a refund.
- Standard Ground Shipping is insured up to $100.
- Protected Ground Shipping covers the full order amount and includes signature confirmation.
- XD3R Collectibles assumes full responsibility for your package during transit, and you are entitled to a full refund if the order is lost en route. However, we are not liable for packages lost or stolen after the delivery scan.
We recommend opting for Protected Ground Shipping if you are concerned about delivery safety, as it provides full insurance and signature confirmation.
Please also contact your local USPS or UPS office for package location updates. Filing a police report may be necessary to support insurance claims.
6. Shipping Fees for Returns
If a return is authorized due to damaged merchandise, XD3R Collectibles will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
7. Special Circumstances
We pride ourselves on product quality and customer satisfaction. If you face unusual issues with your order, please reach out to our support team. While our policy is that all sales are final unless damaged, we will consider unique cases individually to find a suitable resolution.

9. Policy Disclaimer
We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if we suspect abuse of the policy, fraud, or failure to comply with the outlined procedures. All returns are subject to review and acceptance at our discretion.
